These five join an already stacked singer lineup that includes ATEEZ, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ZEROBASEONE, MONSTA X, RIIZE, ITZY, TWS, and others, plus a long list of actors. The two-day event, hosted by STARNEWS and the AAA Organizing Committee, continues the ceremony’s recent shift toward larger outdoor venues after last year’s successful run in Taiwan. Hosting duties fall to Jang Won-young for the sixth straight year, alongside Ji Chang-wook and Sung Han-bin, with one more MC still to be named.

IDID, a seven-member group, scored a music-show win just 12 days after debut and has been building a distinct sound through singles like “FLY!” and “Attent!on.” QWER, the four-piece band known for sharp rock-leaning tracks such as “Discord” and “My Name is Malguem,” is heading into its second tour in September and brings live-instrument energy rarely seen on award-show stages. Close Your Eyes, who debuted in April 2025, have already moved more than 1.2 million albums across three mini albums, collected at least eight rookie awards, and plan a late-September comeback. KISS OF LIFE keeps stacking momentum with recent releases “Who is she,” “SWEAT” (whose music video raced past 30 million views), and “WHAT!,” while KickFlip followed its April album My First Kick with a title track that earned a double crown and a personal sales record.
